Forty-one years have passed since the reform and opening up in 1978 China's development has been for all to see.The rapid development of economy has played an important role in Internet e-commerce enterprises.For electricity enterprises,talent is the core competence of enterprises and enterprise's recruitment has an important role to high-quality talent.Therefore,studying the case of human resources recruitment plan has important practical significance to the enterprise management,the only constant innovation and exploring recruitment methods and strategies of science can enhance their competitiveness,long-term development and progress.This thesis takes DL company,a medium-sized internet e-commerce enterprise in Shenyang,as an example.Based on the research of relevant theories and literatures on recruitment,the paper studies problems faced by recruitment.First of all,this paper introduces the basic situation of DL e-commerce co.,LTD.,and focuses on the recruitment status of the company.Secondly,the recruitment results of DL company were evaluated and sorted out,and the human resource management problems of DL company were concluded.This paper sorted out and analyzed the causes of existing problems,and found out many problems in the whole process of recruitment,such as insufficient preparatory work in the early stage of recruitment,insufficient execution in the middle stage,and failure to complete the recruitment tasks according to the quality and quantity.Finally,this thesis puts forward the improvement suggestions such as improving the recruitment system and optimizing the recruitment process.As is known to all,the Internet electricity industry in the rapid expansion in recent years,but the enterprise in human resources management has yet to be promoted,the industry is widespread demand of talent scarcity and talent can't meet the demand of the enterprise.Only solving these problems,electricity enterprises can develop better.By studying the recruitment cases of DL company,this paper aims to improve the recruitment management level of DL company,reduce the recruitment cost,improve the recruitment quality and solve the practical problems faced by DL company.In addition,the research conclusions of this paper also have reference significance for other Internet e-commerce enterprises.
