| With the accelerating urbanization process,the urbanization rate has been increasing,and the demand for housing by domestic residents has been continuously enhanced,effectively promoting the vigorous development of the real estate industry.In the 19 th report of 2017,General Secretary Xi Jin ping proposed that the green water Qing shan is the concept of Jin shan Yin shan.The green concept has continuously penetrated into all walks of life,and real estate,as an industry closely related to people's lives,has attracted the attention of the public.Implementing green supply chain management has become one of the effective ways to transform the operation mode of real estate.Under this circumstance,real estate green supply chain management came into being.The management level of the real estate green supply chain is realized through the level of performance.Only through performance evaluation can we grasp the operation of the real estate green supply chain in time,and then optimize the management in a targeted manner.Therefore,this paper has carried out research on the performance evaluation of real estate green supply chain.From the perspective of real estate enterprise green supply chain performance evaluation,this paper first analyzes the domestic and international research on green supply chain performance evaluation,real estate supply chain performance evaluation and real estate green supply chain and performance evaluation,and introduces real estate green supply chain and real estate.The related concepts of the supply chain elaborate on the contents of green design,green procurement,green construction and green recycling,and use this as the basis for determining the performance evaluation indicators of real estate green supply chain.Secondly,by constructing the Hall 3D green supply chain performance evaluation conceptual model,the real estate green supply chain performance evaluation index system is established.Through literature research and expert surveys,24 indicators including contract fulfillment rate and corporate image improvement were identified.Then,the real estate green supply chain performance evaluation model is established by using AHP and matter-element extension method.Finally,taking Company A as an example,it evaluates and analyzes the performance of its green supply chain,conducts systematic analysis on its problems,and proposes corresponding solutions and safeguard measures. |
