| The “One Belt and One Road” refers to the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the“Maritime Silk Road”.Since the initiative was put forward,it has received extensive attention from the international community and its development has been extremely rapid,bringing it to the vast areas of China,especially in the central and western regions deep development opportunities.For countries and regions along the “ One Belt and One Road,” how to grasp the “One Belt and One Road” strategic opportunity has become a major issue for local socio-economic development.Dazhou’s location and transportation environment are superior,resources and products are abundant and industrial development is well-established,which has laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of the trade and logistics industry.Under the “One Belt and One Road” strategy,as a major market for the integration of Sichuan,Hubei,Shaanxi and Shaanxi provinces,how to seize the historical opportunities of the“One Belt and One Road”to promote the establishment of the regional commercial and trade logistics center will become a major socio-economic development issues of Dazhou in the near future.This paper focuses on the development strategy,competition game and feasible path of regional trade and logistics centers in Dazhou City under the background of“One Belt and One Road”.Through the the PEST analysis of the development of the commercial and trade logistics industry,the analysis of the industrial competitive environment based on the Porter Five Forces model,and the SWOT analysis,the writer make a study on the comprehensive competitiveness of the development of the commercial and trade logistics industry of Dazhou.finally puts forward the development strategy and countermeasures of Dazhou’s construction of the commercial and trade logistics center under the background of the “One Belt and One Road”. |
