Research On The Path And Countermeasure Of The Innovation And Development Of Military-civilian Integration Enterprises

The military civilian integration enterprise is an important pillar of the development of the military civilian integration industry and the "foothold" and "focus point" of the implementation of the national strategy of military civilian integration.In recent years,the development of military civilian integration in various provinces and cities has become more and more optimistic.The supporting role of military civilian integration enterprises as a micro subject has also been strengthened day by day.Under the national strategy of military civilian integration development,the integration development in the whole country is stable and better.However,because the military civilian integration enterprises are mostly involved in high-tech fields,and there are many special uncertainties in the integration environment,the problems of insufficient motivation,support and performance of innovation and development are still significant.For the military civilian integration enterprises,in the background of no strong development experience at home and abroad,only continuous innovation and exploration can improve the efficiency of enterprises,and enable them to walk out of difficulties,realize healthy and sustainable development,and contribute more to the national economic construction and national defense construction under the condition of dual social responsibility.Based on this,it is of great significance for the development of civil military integration to study the problems existing in the innovation and development of civil military integration enterprises in China and to explore the effective path to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises in an all-round way.Based on a large amount of existing literature and the research of scholars,this article summarizes the current status and shortcomings of innovation and development of military-civilian fusion enterprises.Based on this,we will try to build a comprehensive and systematic military-civilian integration innovation development path from the perspective of dynamic capabilities.Based on the generality and particularity of the development of military-civilian integration enterprises,in order to verify and explore in detail the role of organizational innovation capabilities,technological innovation capabilities,financing capabilities,market development capabilities,and enterprise innovation development,as of August 2019,As a sample,188 listed military-civilian integration companies established a regression model by SPSS12 software for empirical analysis,and concluded that the existence of path construction is valid.Finally,from the external market environment and internal comprehensive quality,we put forward ten suggestions to promote the innovative development of military-civilian integration enterprises,hoping to provide some reference for the innovative development of military-civilian integration enterprises in China.The innovation point of this article is mainly to explore the systematic research on the innovation and development path of military-civilian fusion enterprises,try to use the increase of new products and new technologies as proxy indicators for the innovation and development effectiveness of military-civilian fusion enterprises,and establish the coverage of organizational innovation,technological innovation,An empirical research model on fouraspects of financing innovation and market innovation.
