A Study On The Improvement Of The Quality Of Operation Staff Of An E-commerce Company

Since the new century,the economy and society have entered a rapid development track,new industries have sprung up,as well as new products and new business models,which make the e-commerce become a new and promising industry.Especially when China enters the Internet plus era,the e-commerce industry is entering a period of rapid development,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.How e-commerce enterprises conform to the trend,stand out and develop smoothly truly depends on the quality of employees.However,for most small and medium-sized e-commerce companies,the quality of employees is uneven.Especially the operation problems of e-commerce enterprises are becoming more and more prominent.In fact,the traditional operation mode requires high cost but with poor performance.New media,new channels,multi networks and new forms of operation mode are gradually showing a good trend and broad prospects for enterprise development.The quality of employees is the core factor for enterprise development and long-term survival.The same is true for e-commerce enterprises,especially the operation employees are the key core of human capital in e-commerce enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the quality of operation staff,so that e-commerce enterprises can train operation talents more systematically and quickly,becomes an urgent problem for e-commerce enterprises.For this reason,this study takes an e-commerce company as the research object,based on the theory of quality improvement.From the perspective of improving the quality of operation employees,the paper first conducts a classified investigation on the quality of operation employees of an e-commerce company,and finds out the main problems existing in the quality of operation employees of an e-commerce company.Secondly,according to the questionnaire method in the empirical study,combined with the actual situation of an e-commerce company,explore the design of the questionnaire.Finally,it suggests that e-commerce enterprises should take the improvement of the quality of operation employees as the core of enterprise strategic development.By studying,discussing and formulating countermeasures,to combine the improvement of operation employees with enterprise culture and enterprise development concept,thus to improve the quality of operation employees of an e-commerce company,and then drive the new development of the whole an e-commerce company.
