Xiamen public transport group has a development history of more than 60 years and profound cultural heritage.Xiamen public transport group is the first public transport enterprise to implement "front door up and back door down" and "seat for the old,the weak,the disabled and the young." civilized travel "is the concept advocated by Xiamen public transport group from the beginning to the end,and also the purpose of serving the public for many years.In recent years,the rise of new public transport modes,such as subway,network car hailing and bike sharing,has had a strong impact on Xiamen public transport group,a traditional public transport enterprise.In the first half of 2018,the group lost 130 million yuan,especially the operating profit of urban public transport and road transport business declined significantly.In2018,Xiamen public transport group carried out the mid-term evaluation and revision of the 13 th five year plan.In the evaluation report,it was pointed out that Xiamen public transport group did not summarize and refine the past successful experience,systematically consider the internal and external environment of the group in the new era,establish the ideological guidance and action program in the new era,and no corporate culture has been formed to support and promote the economic development,transformation and upgrading of Xiamen public transport group.This paper studies the current situation of corporate culture construction of Xiamen public transport group by means of questionnaire and personal interview,and finds some outstanding problems in corporate culture construction: the group has not yet extracted the core values of the enterprise that are suitable for the current market environment and enterprise status and recognized by the group;the existing organization of the group does not adapt to market changes and diversified development of the enterprise The organizational structure is not in line with the new development goals ofstate-owned enterprises in the new era;the existing system culture of the group fails to bridge the development of employees and enterprises,and the existing system fails to correctly reflect the will of enterprise leaders and employees.Based on Edgar Schein's four-level theory of organizational culture,this paper suggests Xiamen public transport group to strengthen the construction of corporate culture in four aspects: "material culture","spiritual culture","institutional culture" and "behavioral culture",to highlight the "personality" of Xiamen public transport group,to enhance the innovation ability of corporate culture,to improve corporate culture guarantee measures,to build corporate culture incentive system and evaluation mechanism Through the construction of corporate culture,enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise,enhance the soft power and competitiveness of the enterprise,help the group to successfully complete the 13 th five year plan,promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise,and promote the vigorous development of the enterprise.
