Marketing Research On The Development Of Russian Tourist In China

The high degree of mutual economic and political trust as well as the comprehensive and close strategic coordination between China and Russia mark the new era and a new height of Sino-Russian relations featuring in-depth integration,innovation and universal win-win benefits.2019 is the 70 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia.It is also the year of the Sino-Russian local cooperation and exchange jointly determined by General secretary Xi Jinping and President Putin.Hainan has always been known as the "New Southern bridgehead" of Sino-Russian strategic cooperation in many areas.The policy background of Hainan being approved to build a pilot free trade zone and explore the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics in 2018,providing Hainan with an important and unprecedented historical opportunity for the comprehensive cooperation with Russia.The international tourism consumption center is one of the four strategic positioning to build the free trade port in Hainan.Based on the sound foundation of tourism exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia in Hainan,both sides have great potential for future cooperation in the fields of tourism,medical treatment,science and technology,culture,education,military,trade and agriculture.As a modern service industry that promotes personnel exchanges,cultural exchanges and trade prosperity,the development of tourism internationalization is conducive to the improvement of Hainan’s openness and the realization of the purpose of building a free trade port.At present,Russia has become the largest source country of inbound tourists in Hainan already.The in-depth development of Russian tourist market in Hainan is highly consistent with the central government’s purpose of supporting Hainan in comprehensively deepening reform and opening up and promoting high-quality tourism development in Hainan.Meanwhile,it also provides theoretical guidance and reference basis for the local administrative departments,relevant tourism organizations,enterprises and tourism practitioners to make scientific decisions.This article conducts research through literature review,field interviews,questionnaires,data statistics,analysis and research,SWOT and other methods,This article focuses on the current situation and problems of Russian tourists in Hainan.Based on the documentation of the collected data,this article analyzes in depth the internal and external conditions and factors affecting the tourism of Russian tourists in China,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the in-depth development of the Russian tourist source market,aiming at facilitating the construction of the Hainan free trade port and promoting the cultural exchanges and tourism cooperation under the strategic framework of "One Belt And One Road" between Russia and Hainan.
