Research On Training Effect Evaluation Of Blue-collar Workers In Processing And Manufacturing Industry

With the development of manufacturing industry in China,more and more manufacturing managers realize the importance of training blue collar workers.However,as an important part of the training,the training effect evaluation has not been paid attention to,so the training effect can not be fed back.The training effect evaluation system for blue collar workers in manufacturing enterprises needs to be improved.Based on the investigation in Dalian,this paper studies the training effect evaluation of blue collar workers in processing and manufacturing enterprises.First of all,based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper defines the relevant concepts,expounds the training effect evaluation model,compares the advantages and disadvantages of each model,and selects Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model as the research basis of this paper.At the same time,it summarizes the theory of training effect evaluation,and takes human capital theory and adult learning theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,combined with Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model,adult learning theory and the characteristics of blue collar workers,select the training effect evaluation indicators suitable for blue collar workers in processing and manufacturing enterprises,and analyze the indicators in detail,and then further modify the indicators through expert interviews.Then,the blue collar workers and relevant practitioners in large manufacturing enterprises in Dalian area were investigated by questionnaire,and the data collected by the questionnaire were analyzed for reliability and validity to ensure the credibility of the data and the rationality and scientificity of the indicators,so as to build the evaluation index system of blue collar workers' training effect in processing manufacturing enterprises.The weight of the training effect evaluation index of blue collar workers in manufacturing enterprises is calculated by using the method of chromatography analysis,and finally the training effect evaluation model of blue collar workers in manufacturing enterprises is formed.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results,and puts forward the future research prospects.
