Employee training is the key work of enterprise human resource development,and it is the foundation and guarantee for enterprises to cope with fierce competition and cultivate talents and long-term development.How to carry out employee training more effectively is a long-term and strategic task for modern enterprises.The survey takes the training satisfaction of core employees of foreign trade enterprises in Dalian as the theme,through a large number of questionnaires,to grasp first-hand information on training satisfaction of core employees of import and export trade enterprises in Dalian,and analyze foreign trade enterprises in Dalian using SPSS data analysis software Existing problems in core staff training,explore ways to improve training satisfaction of core staff in foreign trade enterprises in Dalian.The study found that the training of core employees of foreign trade enterprises in Dalian has been well developed,but there are still some specific problems.Satisfaction with the training of import and export trade enterprises and new employees in Dalian is only moderate,and there is still room for improvement.Personal demographic factors did not have a statistically significant effect on the satisfaction of the survey.There is a significant correlation between training satisfaction and training psychological needs.Based on the empirical analysis of a large number of questionnaire surveys,this study proposes practical management strategies.To improve the training satisfaction of core employees of foreign trade enterprises in Dalian,one should start with the training needs and formulate a targeted training plan based on the individual needs of the core employees;the second is to raise training awareness and awareness;the third is to appropriately increase the training frequency;the fourth It is necessary to set up innovative training content that conforms to the characteristics of the enterprise.
