The middle management of the enterprise is located between the top management and the bottom management.It is responsible for carrying out the decisions of the superiors,supervising and coordinating the management of the lower levels.And work plan to carry out the implementation of important supporting forces.The performance evaluation of middle management personnel is directly related to the improvement of the quality of various work and the realization of strategic goals.As a large currency and high-end anti-counterfeiting product manufacturing enterprise directly under the central bank,NCYC Company has the common characteristics of state-owned enterprises,monopoly,planning,and semi-closed characteristics.In the past ten years,under the background of the state-owned enterprise reform and the national economic and social development that have strongly impacted its industry,the company has tried modern system reform and development transformation.One of its important tasks is the modernization of human resource management.By breaking the old solidified human resource management mechanism and establishing a modern and scientific human resource management model to provide human resource support for enterprise reform and transformation,performance evaluation is a top priority.This article takes the performance evaluation system of NCYC Company's middle management personnel as the research object,and points out the company's current situation through the analysis of performance evaluation theory,state-owned enterprise reform,NCYC Company's own characteristics,and the current performance evaluation system.The problems and evaluations of the middle management evaluation system are analyzed,and the existing problems are put forward,and the path and ideas for building a comprehensive evaluation system are proposed.A new evaluation model was established and an optimization plan was formed,which has good theoretical and practical significance for personnel performance evaluation and human resource reform in this type of state-owned enterprises.
