With the continuous development of modern society and economy,the financial reform system is deepening,many problems have emerged in the process of the gradual development of Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank.Compared with large state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial Banks,Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank is relatively weak in terms of comprehensive strength such as fund utilization,talent team construction and information technology support.All these problems have greatly limited the ability of sustainable development of Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank.In the current economic environment,the core of competition between banks is the cultivation and reserve of qualified personnel.Many commercial banks rely on their perfect performance appraisal system and the corresponding incentive mechanism to cultivate and attract a number of high-quality talent,its good performance appraisal system stimulates the enthusiasm of employees,improves the work quality and the efficiency unceasingly,and help to build a competitive team,so as to promote the development of banks towards the direction of high-speed progress.It can be seen that in order to gain a place in the fierce competition,Gansu Jincheng Rural bank must establish and perfect the scientific performance appraisal system and system,combine the bank's own operation efficiency and talent cultivation closely,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to the greatest extent,improve their work efficiency,and form a high-quality work team.By studying the problems existing in the performance appraisal of Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank,According to the current market environment and the demand for the development of Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank,to optimize and complete this performance appraisal system.In this article,using the balanced scorecard theory,gradually optimize the performance appraisal index setting and its weight,and further optimize the performance appraisal process,so that the performance appraisal of the staff of Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank more in line with their own development needs.Through the optimization of the performance appraisal of the staff,the purpose is to provide some reference and guidance for the performance appraisal of the staff of Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank,help the bank to retain talents,cultivate high-quality staff team,and achieve the strategic development goal of Gansu Jincheng Rural Bank.
