With the advancement of economic globalization,the pace of opening up of China's financial industry is faster and faster,and it will also face more and more competition.In this context,it is urgent for financial enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness through management and technical means.Financial enterprises have the characteristics of dispersed personnel and complicated business.Centralized management of these complex information and improving office efficiency and human resource management efficiency by means of system software are practical ways with practical operation possibility at this stage.For this reason,this paper takes B Commercial Bank as an example to study the integration of human resources management system,hoping to provide some reference for the construction of human resources management system in China's commercial banks through this study.Firstly,the research background and significance of system integration are discussed.It is pointed out that human resource management is an effective means to improve organizational performance.At present,B Bank has many phenomena,such as complicated systems,lack of interoperability between different systems,inconsistent data calibre and so on.It not only affects the management efficiency of human resources,but also adversely affects the follow-up research and development of advanced applications.In order to solve this problem,this paper consults the related research on system integration and human resource management informatization,and discusses the related research status,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research and innovation.Secondly,this paper introduces the current human resource management system of B Commercial Bank,and points out that the three main management systems HR Soft,Oracle HR and E Pay slip have the problems of incompatibility and difficult data sharing.At the same time,there are overlapping phenomena of business management and function infunctional application,and there are duplicate work for human resource management.There is a strong need for integration and optimization of existing systems.Finally,the integration of the system is designed and the management process is optimized with the method of software project management.In the aspect of system integration,the interface between HR Soft and Oracle HR systems is established to realize data sharing,and the duplicated functions are merged in the aspect of function.At the same time,with the integration of the system,the process of human resources management has been optimized,and the unnecessary personnel management process and personnel involvement have been cancelled,which improves the efficiency of human resources management of B Commercial Bank.
