Research On The Evaluation Of The High-Quality Development Level Of The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone Based On RJVs

In the context of high-quality development,my country’s national independent innovation demonstration zone plays an important role in promoting innovative development and high-tech industry development,and is an important carrier for high-quality industrial development.The national independent innovation demonstration zone is in the critical period of "overtaking on a curve",and it is particularly urgent to improve the high-quality development of the industry,which plays a key role in the high-quality development of the national economy.The industrial-rooted function of Research Joint Ventures(RJVs)has become an important theoretical basis for the highquality development of industries in the national independent innovation demonstration zone and provides a new perspective.To promote the high-quality development of the industry in the national independent innovation demonstration zone,and R&D and innovation capabilities become the driving force for the high-quality development of the industry,what is the key force to promote the high-quality development of the industry in the national independent innovation demonstration zone? How to drive the high-quality development of industries in the national independent innovation demonstration zone? And what is the basis for the high-quality development of the industry in the national independent innovation demonstration zone? Based on the perspective of the RJVs,it is explored how the national independent innovation demonstration zone can formulate countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of the industry.Based on the perspective of the RJVs,this thesis constructs an evaluation system for highquality industrial development in the national independent innovation demonstration zone from five dimensions: high-quality innovative development,high-quality coordinated development,high-quality green development,high-quality open development,and high-quality shared development.The entropy weight method conducts a dynamic evaluation and analysis of the overall high-quality development level of the national independent innovation demonstration zone and various indicators from 2010 to 2019.The research found that: the overall level of high-quality development of industries in the national independent innovation demonstration zone based on RJVs is relatively low;the comprehensive level of high-quality development of industries in the eastern,central,and western national independent innovation demonstration zones has a large gap;the level of R&D and innovation investment plays a key role in the high-quality industries of national independent innovation demonstration zone.To this end,five suggestions are put forward for the national independent innovation demonstration zone based on the RJVs to achieve highquality industrial development:(1)the national independent innovation demonstration zone should build a research consortium innovation platform;(2)comprehensively open up the upstream and downstream of the research consortium Enterprise innovation chain and industrial chain;(3)Improve the green development policy mechanism of research consortium;(4)Strengthen R&D innovation based on research consortium;(5)Create a good innovation environment for RJVs.
