State-owned enterprises,in short,refer to the enterprises that belong to the state.There are enterprises occupying an important position in the development of the national economy.It is the key to the development of the national economy.and relevant government departments have attached great importance to the management activities of state-owned enterprises.Under this environment,the management system and business model of state-owned enterprises have undergone major changes,and management methods have continued to be scientific.Talents play an important role in the survival and development activities of enterprises.The quality of talents largely determines the development status of enterprises.If enterprises want to master the competitive advantage in the stimulating market competition,they need to be supported and maximized by talents.Stimulate the potential of talents,enhance the strength of the staff,and thereby enhance the company's overall competitiveness.However,many companies face the problem of brain drain in the development process,which shows that in addition to attracting talents,companies should also effectively retain talents and develop employee incentive mechanisms.There are still many shortcomings in the development of state-owned enterprises.The most prominent problem is the issue of talent incentives.This is a problem that many Chinese company leaders pay great attention to.Therefore,in order to help the company break out of the development dilemma and usher in the new development trend,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable incentive policy,give full play to the role of talents,retain high-quality talents for corporate development,and increase the company's attractiveness for talents.This article introduces Company A's profile,personnel structure,and the current incentive system implemented by the company,combined with the research results of the incentive theory in academia.A questionnaire survey was conducted for employees of Company A to understand the actual needs of employees and their satisfaction with the incentive system implemented by the current company.It was found that there are many imperfections in the salary incentive system currently implemented by Company A.Salary distribution is not scientific and performance evaluation The system is in urgent need of further improvement.The performance evaluation flow is in the form.There is a lack of communication channels betweenemployees and management.The management has little knowledge of employees,it is difficult to achieve the desired results in training,and employees have low recognition of the current incentive system.Working atmosphere and salary are important factors to effectively motivate employees.This topic takes A state-owned enterprise as an analysis case,studies the employee motivation theory proposed by scholars at home and abroad,analyzes the incentive problems existing in A state-owned enterprise,and analyzes the causes of these problems.On this basis,it is ensured that the proposed solutions have strong pertinence.The employee incentives in the state-owned enterprise A are representative of all state-owned enterprises.Therefore,the perfect recommendations proposed in this topic are also certain for other state-owned enterprises.Reference value.
