| In the era of digital economy,with the continuous adjustment of industrial structure and the upgrade of business model,the market competition has been changed from competition among enterprises to competition among enterprises' cooperation networks.Build an enterprise ecosystem,as a new enterprise developing paradigm,has become a trend in current society.Some studies have demonstrated the necessity of enterprises to develop ecosystems and also explained how manufacturing platform companies can enhance their competitiveness by restructuring their niche.However,so far,controversy still exists on how to build an ecosystem for emerging cloud computing companies,what process should companies go along with as well as what developing pattern of the enterprise ecosystems should companies use.Related researches are still not sufficient enough to demonstrate the relationship between enterprises' value and enterprises' ecosystem and the way by which they affect each other.After plenty of researches on the enterprise ecosystem theory and value co-creation theory,a single case study of Alibaba Cloud is adopted and selected as the analysis case to study the impact of the enterprise ecosystem evolution process on enterprise value.The results of the study found that,at initial stage the certain enterprise improve its value by determining its core products according to users needs;at growth stage,the enterprise enhance its value by selecting its corporation partners and build a more intact ecosystem;at maturity period,the enterprise adopt partners-empowerment to develops users' needs and desires,and further develop the enterprise' value.This article expounds the evolutionary cause and process of the enterprise ecosystem,and explains the factors and effects that affect the enterprise value in different development periods.Therefore,the article provides a reference for the enterprise which need to enhance the enterprise value through the development of the enterprise ecosystem. |
