The competition among enterprises in different industries is also becoming increasingly fierce.The work pressure and work burden of employees in different job types are becoming more and more serious.The accompanying students are the symptoms of burnout caused by employees in the work process.It not only negatively affects employees' work enthusiasm and work enthusiasm,but also weakens the market competitiveness of enterprises and hinders the sustainable development of enterprises.In this context,this paper selects ZH Company(WuDi Zhonghai New Aluminum Technology Co.,Ltd.)as the research object,combined with the existing domestic and international research results on burnout,first of all,the personal information of the company's R&D personnel.The statistics were carried out and the overall descriptive analysis was carried out.Secondly,the MBI-GS scale compiled by Maslach was used as the main content of the Research inventor occupational burnout scale,and the overall performance of the company's R&D staff's job burnout and the symptoms under each dimension.The level was measured,and the results showed that the current job burnout of the ZH company's Research inventor was at a moderate level,and the response to the emotional exhaustion dimension and the de-personalized dimension was more serious.Subsequently,based on the personal information of the research and development personnel of the company,the demographic difference analysis was carried out.The reasons,from the physical and mental quality is difficult to meet the needs of work,personal pursuit and the company's development philosophy,the need for the promotion of the promotion of the channel,the personal development planning and the company's development strategy,the company's support for employees and weak care and other specific factors A detailed and in-depth analysis was carried out.According to the specific content of relevant influencing factors,this paper combines the mitigation strategies and coping mechanisms of employee burnout in domestic and foreign academic circles,and combines the actual development of ZH company with the feedback from employees during the interview process.The strategy of coping with the burnout of ZH company R&D personnel was put forward.
