In recent years,the pace of market-oriented reform of interest rates in China has been accelerating,posing new challenges to the pricing,innovation,risk control and fine-tuning management capabilities of commercial banks.Whether the smallest and most important business units and value creators are perfect in their management,incentive and assessment mechanisms will directly affect the comprehensive competitiveness of commercial banks.This paper takes XA bank as the main research object,analyzes the current situation of the bank's customer manager performance evaluation system,finds out its existing problems and analyzes the reasons,puts forward the optimization of xa bank's customer manager performance evaluation plan and implementation guarantee.The following conclusions emerged from the study:XA bank customer manager performance evaluation problems mainly include: lack of scientific evaluation indicators set,the accuracy and timeliness of assessment is difficult to guarantee,the assessment method is not targeted and the feedback and application of assessment results are insufficient.The reasons for the problems of the performance evaluation of the customer manager of XA bank mainly include: lack of performance culture,imperfect performance evaluation system,imperfect performance evaluation guarantee system,and backward information technology.Based on the need to establish a performance appraisal system to improve organizational performance and realize the continuous development of enterprises,This paper studies the basic process of establishing performance appraisal system,the construction of performance appraisal plan and index system,the control of performance appraisal process,performance appraisal and evaluation,performance feedback,performance results and application.A performance appraisal system suitable for Bank of Communications customer managers has been established.And from the performance culture,organizational security,institutional security and technical security,and other aspects of the customer manager's performance assessment of the guarantee measures implemented smoothly.The optimized performance appraisal system can be a tool to strengthen the team building of customer managers,improve individual performance and organizational performance,and become a baton for business guidance.In order to motivate employees to exceed the performance targets,promote the enterprise strategy landing.
