With the development of society and economy, the demand for land is more and more diverse, and conflicts between various types of land are becoming more and more obvious. In order to meet the requirements of life, production and ecology at the same time, and alleviate conflicts in all aspects,we must give full play to the multifunctional use of land. However,as a typical karst mountainous area,Guizhou Province has more hills and fewer basins, which makes the conflict between people and land more acute. Moreover, agricultural modernization is the engine of rural development, also needs to carry out large-scale and professional operations in basin areas with flat terrain. Therefore, the study of the evolution of land use function and the study of the distribution and changes of modern agricultural functions in the basin area are of great importance to the sustainable development of Guizhou and the southwest karst mountainous areas. This paper uses the theory of Ecological-production-living function to construct a classification system of land use function and utilizing land transfer matrix, hot spot analysis, kernel density analysis,Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, bivariate local spatial autocorrelation, grid analysis, the indexes of dynamic degree model, the gravity center migration model. To analysis(1)The process and trend of the number, structure and spatial evolution of land use function in the four periods(1990,2000,2010,2016)of basin,Guizhou Province;(2)The number and spatial distribution characteristics of modern agricultural functional plots in Guizhou Province in 2016,and the correlation between modern agricultural functional plots and modern agricultural functional basins;(3)Study the three patterns of the study area,Huishui County,Suiyang County, and Meitan County in the five periods(2005,2010,2013,2016,2018)of the lows of the spatiotemporal changes of modern agricultural functions. It is expected to provide scientific reference for the adjustment of Guizhou dam industrial structure, the realization of rural vitalization, and the solution of the concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers issues. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The land use function in GuiZhou basins has shifted from the single-function dominance of traditional agricultural to multi-functional dominance of traditional agricultural and rural living functions;(2)From 1990 to 2016,basin function increased 10 types,8 of which are composite types, diversifying the function of the basin;(3)The spatial distribution of hot spots in various functional types of basin are changing complicated manner,as a whole, the spatial distribution of each function changed from agglomeration to dispersion;(4)The area and number of modern agricultural functional plots in Zunyi City,Qian Nan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Bijie City are all within the first three columns in the whole province, and the spatial autocorrelation between plot and basin area is the strongest;(5)There is a strong positive correlation between the area of the plot and the area of the basin;(6)Modern agricultural functional types are mainly greenhouse agricultural land and economic fruit forest;(7)The center of gravity of modern agricultural functional plots is mainly distributed in large basins or areas where basins are concentrated.
