Since its introduction, targeted poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results.China's rural poverty population has decreased significantly, and absolute poverty will be eliminated in 2020 to achieve a comprehensive well-off society. The current poverty situation in China has shifted from absolute poverty to relative poverty. To solve the problem of relative poverty in rural areas, the poor need to be identified.Although the identification standard for poor people in China has changed from income poverty to income combination,"Two cares,Three guarantees",But the identification indicators are not comprehensive enough. Therefore, measuring rural poor households from the perspective of multidimensional poverty and exploring the influencing factors of multidimensional poverty are of great significance for enhancing the efficiency of poverty reduction and improving the current situation of rural poverty in China. This article mainly has the following innovations: First, the construction of a multi-dimensional poverty index system, based on the global multi-dimensional poverty index system, combined with a comprehensive well-off index and China's poverty situation to modify the index system. The second is to analyze multidimensional poverty from different dimensions of poverty, that is,to study the measurement results and influencing factors of multi-dimensional poverty from the same and different dimensions. The third is to analyze the influencing factors of rural multidimensional poverty from the level of family managers and households. This paper reviews the development and measurement of multidimensional poverty and its influencing factors. In combination with the international multidimensional poverty measurement system of a comprehensive well-off evaluation index system, this paper constructs a multidimensional poverty measurement system under the goal of a comprehensive well-off society. The data measures the multidimensional poverty in rural China, and analyzes its influencing factors based on this. The first is to study the measures of rural multidimensional poverty.Firstly,13 indicators were selected from the three dimensions of education, health and living standards to construct a multi-dimensional poverty measurement system, set the threshold and weight of the indicators, use AF method to identify multi-dimensional poverty households, and construct a multi-dimensional poverty index. The results show that with the With the increase of the poverty dimension, the multidimensional poverty index and the incidence of poverty gradually decrease, the intensity of poverty deprivation gradually increases, and the poverty situation in different regions is different.Secondly, the contribution of indicators and regions to the multidimensional poverty index is broken down. The breakdown results by indicators show that:(1)The contribution level of the living standard index is the highest, but as the poverty dimension increases, the contribution degree decreases, and the education contribution degree increases gradually with the increase of the poverty dimension.(2)The contribution of each index in the same dimension is different, and the family Engel coefficient, fuel, and education level contribute the most to multidimensional poverty. The breakdown results by region show that:(1)The contribution of the regions to the overall multidimensional poverty index is different in the same dimension. The northwest, southwest, central, and eastern regions have higher contributions to the overall multidimensional poverty index, while the northeast has the lowest contribution.(2)The contribution of different regions in different poverty dimensions is different. The contribution of northwest and southwest regions is increasing, while the northeast, central and eastern regions are decreasing. The second is to analyze the influencing factors of rural multidimensional poverty. From the sample data, household managers and household-level indicators were selected as explanatory variables, and whether the family was poor was used as the explanatory variable to establish a Logit regression model.According to the results of the model,it can be seen that:(1)Different influencing factors for different dimensions of poverty, whether the family suffered The factors that have a greater impact on multidimensional poverty include the use of mobile phones and the Internet by family managers, gender, education and work, family size, and whether family members go out to work.(2)Family managers are female, the older they are,the higher their health, the higher their education level, and the less likely they are to suffer from multidimensional poverty in households using mobile phones and the Internet.Higher in 2D poverty.(3)In terms of family characteristics, the lower the income from parttime employment, the larger the family population, and the smaller the family gift, the more vulnerable to poverty.According to the research results, this article puts forward suggestions from the government level and the farmer level. The government should improve the rural poverty measurement system, formulate relevant policies and systems for poor families from aspects of education, health, and living standards based on the factors that cause poverty, and focus on the poverty problem in the western region.Better out of poverty.Farmers should intensify their studies, improve their education level, stimulate endogenous motivation, and get rich first to get rich before they can fundamentally solve the problem of multidimensional poverty.
