The Impact Of Green Barriers On China's Tea Export

The establishment of green trade barriers has brought serious disasters to China's tea production and export trade,and Chinese tea export enterprises are suffering from an insurmountable crisis.Therefore,the theoretical and empirical research on tea trade barriers in China and understanding the development trend of green trade barriers are helpful to promote the healthy development of tea export trade,occupy the international market,promote the improvement of China's tea export structure,optimize the allocation of resources,and fill in the gap of theoretical research on tea trade barriers in China,which is of great significance to Chinese tea export enterprises Practice the guiding significance.This paper takes the current situation of tea export trade in Fujian Province as an example to analyze the green trade barrier theory and empirical analysis to summarize the relevant conclusions and policy recommendations.In the part of theoretical analysis,the formation of green barriers is closely related to the rise of environmental protection consciousness.At the same time,new trade protectionism has become the theoretical basis for the formation of green barriers,which reflects the hidden characteristics of green barriers.The formation mechanism of green trade barrier mainly includes the improvement of international environmental protection consciousness,the need of new trade protectionism,the formation of green consumption orientation,the trade game between countries and the formation of the difference of science and technology level of each international.The function mechanism of green barrier is firstly manifested as the quantity control mechanism,which formulates the regional high standard to exclude the substandard goods so as to control the quantity of the imported goods;the price control mechanism of the green barrier is formed by the high standard,which increases the cost of the exporter in the production,inspection and packaging of the products,thus making the price of the export commodities rise;the control mechanism of the green barrier is integrated For import and export countries,breaking through green barriers is the redistribution and adjustment of trade interests among countries.In this paper,Fujian Province as a case study,Fujian Province is a large tea production and exportprovince,but the structure of tea export is not reasonable,the variety is single,the quality of tea is lack,and the production technology standards are backward.Therefore,the green barriers of developed countries to Fujian tea are increasing year by year,which has a great impact on Fujian tea export.In view of the above situation,this paper selected the tea export data of Fujian Province in recent 15 years,measured the impact of green trade barriers on the tea export structure of Fujian Province by the number of pesticide residue restriction items and the standard of pesticide residue limit value.The tea export shares of Japan,the United States,the United Kingdom,France and Germany were selected as the analysis samples.The empirical analysis results showed that the improvement of pesticide residue standards in importing countries hindered the development of Fujian Province The export of Jiancha tea to developed countries increased the number of pesticide residue restrictions in import areas,and the export share was also restricted.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for Fujian Province and even the whole country,including deepening the tea export industrial chain,optimizing the tea export structure,improving the tea production standardization,and improving the detection standard system.These suggestions can provide reference for China's tea export industry.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for Fujian Province and even the whole country,including deepening the tea export industrial chain,optimizing the tea export structure,improving the tea production standardization,and improving the detection standard system.These suggestions can provide reference for China's tea export industry.
