Since China's reform and opening up,the pace of social and economic development is faster and faster,and the development of national economy has also been greatly developed.However,as one of the important driving forces of China's social and economic development,the development of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises is growing with each passing day.In recent years,the development of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises has shown a good development trend in China's social market,but in the face of complex social economic development situation,there are still many problems,such as the lack of scientific and technological innovation ability,the lack of innovation core competitiveness,and the limitation of financing loans.Therefore,how to stand out in the fierce market environment and get sustainable development is an urgent problem to be solved.Small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises can enhance their adaptability to the market environment by improving their dynamic capabilities to cope with the challenges of the external economic situation.Therefore,the promotion of dynamic capabilities is also an effective way to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises,as well as the inevitable requirement to help China's small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises achieve high-quality development.This thesis mainly studies the dynamic capability improvement of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises,which is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly focuses on the research background and literature review analysis of this topic;the second part is the basic concept and theoretical basis.This thesis defines the concept of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,and analyzes the theory of dynamic capabilities,core competitiveness and strategic management of enterprises.The third part is the analysis of the theory of dynamic capabilities improvement of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises,mainly on the development status of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,the necessity of improving dynamic capabilities of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,science and technology This thesis analyzes the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their dynamic capabilities.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of Jiangxi Kejun Industrial Co.,Ltd.,which is selected by this thesis.It mainly analyzes Jiangxi Kejun Industrial Co.,Ltd.with SWOT analysis method,and puts forward the strategy of dynamic capacity improvement;the fifth part mainly puts forward path analysis on the dynamic ability improvement of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,mainly from the promotion of technological innovation ability,the construction of strategic alliance mechanism,and the optimization of resources Finally,it summarizes the research topic of this thesis.
