Design And Application Of Intelligent Monitoring And Management System For Electric Heat Tracing

Electric tracing is a kind of technology which has been developed and applied in many industries in recent years.It can provide the heat source for the heating and insulation of equipment and facilities.With the development of science and technology,the technology of industrial heat tracing has been developing from the traditional steam and hot water heating technology to the modern technology of electric heating.This technology has been accepted by the majority of users for its advantages of energy saving,consumption reduction and automatic control.At present,the electric heating technology application of the control level is relatively backward in our country,producing large amounts of electric energy waste and the unreasonable use,etc..To further improve the energy saving;reduce consumption;raise the cost of enterprise economy,the author of the paper who combined with actual situation analyzed the principle of electric heat tracing technology,the electric heat tracing system problem such as common faults,combined with computer software and hardware technology,network and communication technology,database technology,equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology and finally developed the electric heating intelligent monitoring management system,redesigned the electric heat tracing control system,selected and set up the electric heating control system test platform.Through the intelligent instrument,the intelligent monitoring and management of the electric tropical temperature will be realized and we will achieve the purpose of remote operation and real-time monitoring of the temperature control and also realize the energy saving of electric heat tracing system,especially the safety production.At the meanwhile,it developed the online intelligent energy consumption statistical system and realized the energy consumption data of any time span with the statistics,queries and data comparison of the electricity price come true.After the popularization and application in the electric heating control at some petrochemical enterprise domestic pipeline,the statistical results of the energy consumption show that the technology application effect is good,It not only reduces the operator’s field work intensity but also reduces the maintenance intensity of the engineer.Without the waste of energy,the result shows that it has certain actual application value and significance.
