| The layout of multi-deck cabins in this paper refers to the division of cabins on a given number of decks,that is,a certain number of cabins,passageways and stairs are arranged in a given deck area according to certain layout rules and constraints.During the general layout design of ships,it is often necessary to revise the design scheme repeatedly so as to gradually meet the design requirements.This process has a lot of time wasted.Therefore,this paper explores the method of ship cabin intelligent layout,aiming to improve the efficiency of ship design,shorten the ship design cycle and reduce the loss of labor cost.In the layout of cabins on multiple decks,the first thing needs to do is allocating the cabins to the decks.In order to achieve the cabins in the deck automatically assigned,taking the Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)and improving its vertical spatial layout.The improved SLP method is used to solve the allocation problem of multi-deck cabins in ships.The double deck of a ship is selected for simulation experiment,compared with the original ship,the distribution scheme obtained by this method verifies the feasibility of the improved SLP method for the allocation of multi-deck cabins.The main factors affecting cabin layout design are summarized,and the design factors are transformed into mathematical language to establish a mathematical model of single-deck cabin layout.The crossover and mutation operations of genetic algorithm are introduced into particle swarm optimization algorithm to form a hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSOGA).The algorithm is used to simulate two relatively simple models of fixed and unfixed passageways in single-deck cabins,it is verified that the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is effective in solving the cabin layout problem and the necessity of the optimization goal setting.On the basis of the layout of the single deck cabin above,This section establishes the optimal layout model of multi-deck cabin,the improved SLP is used to automatically allocate the cabins on multiple decks and the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the intelligent layout of the cabins on each deck.The intelligent layout simulation experiment is carried out on two decks of a certain ship living area,and the obtained layout scheme is compared with the original layout scheme,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The method of intelligent layout of multi-deck cabins studied in this paper is proved to be feasible and effective for solving the problem of actual cabins layout through a numerical example,and the method can improve the efficiency of ship design and reduce the loss of labor cost to a certain extent. |
