| The textile industry,as a representative industry of China’s light industry,plays a significant role in the national economic development and daily life of the people.At the same time,the textile industry,as a labor-intensive enterprise,has undergone a transition from raw material price information disparity to information transparency and cost wars,and now to talent as the main competitive resource.Moreover,in the recruitment process of enterprises,it is becoming increasingly difficult to recruit suitable employees.Textile enterprises in the general environment have also encountered rare situations of recruitment.In addition,in 2020,the COVID-19 will appear worldwide,and people’s normal work and life will be greatly restricted.Under limited conditions,employees in enterprises may experience various anxiety factors towards their positions,which can pose an undeniable obstacle to the normal production and operation of the enterprise.At the same time,China’s position in the international community is constantly improving,and high-end products in the Chinese textile industry are gradually recognized by various countries,greatly driving the international community’s demand for Chinese textile products.The diverse demand in the international market has further exacerbated the phenomenon of "labor shortage" in Chinese textile enterprises.This article first elaborates on the causes of the "labor shortage" based on a review and summary of the relevant theories used to address the issues behind the "labor shortage".This article takes GX Group as the specific research object and briefly analyzes its employment status.Then,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the factors affecting GX Group’s employment shortage.Further statistics are made from various aspects such as work environment,career planning,salary and benefits,performance appraisal,and subjective reasons for employees’ resignation,and the influencing factors of "labor shortage" are analyzed.The analysis found that salary and welfare factors,performance management factors,and employee subjective thinking are the main reasons for the "labor shortage".On this basis,measures have been proposed to improve the independent evaluation system of enterprises,improve the salary and welfare system and performance appraisal system,actively carry out a new apprenticeship training system,and continuously improve the functions of the administrative and personnel departments.Based on the results of this study,on the one hand,it can help GX Group alleviate the "labor shortage" problem,on the other hand,it can also provide a certain reference for the textile industry in an unfavorable environment to obtain various types of talents. |
