| With the rapid development of market economy and economic globalization,enterprises must continuously seek greater profits to ensure that they can win in the fierce competition in the market and continue to develop in the long run.Therefore,the cost has an increasing impact on enterprises.The systematic and complicated project makes the project no longer a single stage,and different contract construction modes may be adopted at different stages.How to recognize the commonality and particularity of cost management at each stage and carry out overall control from the system and process level has become a new direction of cost control in project management.The use of advanced cost management methods to establish a systematic project cost control system to complete project costs from budget to final completion,and even the cost control of the operation phase,has become an essential means for enterprise development and improvement.This article introduces the relevant concepts and operating methods of the earned value method.It is clear that the earned value method is currently widely used as a project cost control method.It has its advanced nature and operability.Combining with the actual situation of the S company’s business,the earned value method is explained.Applicability to S company related projects.Through the introduction and comparative analysis of the construction contracting model of the engineering project,the implementation suggestions corresponding to each stage of the S company’s sales system construction project are given.This article takes the S company’s sales system construction project as the research object.First,according to the characteristics and implementation goals of different stages of the project,consider choosing different construction contracting modes;second,the representative A project in the process of selecting the project,introducing the A project The characteristics and important role in the whole process of the project,use the earned value method to control the cost of the implementation process of Project A,and analyze and resolve the deviations in the progress of Project A;Finally,through the use of the earned value data of Project A,explain learned how to use the earned value method for comprehensive cost control in the S company’s sales system construction project,and clarify its use method and role.In this way,it is concluded that in the systematic and multi-stage projects,the application method and guiding significance of the earned value method have reference significance for similar multi-stage and multi-construction project projects in the future. |
