Construction Of Landscape Corridor In Beidaihe Old Villa Historical Building Group

Beidaihe is a famous coastal tourist city in China,which has retained a large number of old villa buildings in the modern history and formed a unique urban style under the influence of Chinese and western cultures.At present,the landscape protection of old villas is mainly reflected in the direction of the protection and reuse of single buildings,while the research results of the beidaihe old villa complex as a whole are less.In view of this,the concept of landscape corridor is introduced in this paper,which covers multiple functions such as heritage protection,ecological protection,leisure and recreation,etc.,and links various ecological and cultural resources with urban space construction to form a coherent landscape space,which is of positive significance to the urban development and environmental creation of beidaihe.Beidaihe old villa complex landscape corridor combines the landscape corridor with beidaihe old villa historical buildings,which can not only promote the protection and development of historical buildings,but also enrich the spatial pattern of urban landscape corridor.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research object and process of practical cases by analyzing relevant cases of landscape corridor construction at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the construction results of the case and summarizes the construction experience of the landscape corridor,so as to provide experience and ideas for the construction of the landscape corridor of beidaihe old villa historical buildings.Secondly,it summarizes the historical development stage of beidaihe architectural complex,and classifies the architectural characteristics and spatial development characteristics of beidaihe old villas based on the statistics of existing data and the analysis of site investigation.Based on the data search and research analysis,the landscape resources of beidaihe old villa complex are divided into natural landscape resources and human landscape resources,and their characteristics are further analyzed.Based on the above analysis results,this paper summarizes the landscape value of beidaihe historical architectural complex and the existing problems in the process of building protection and construction.Thirdly,by dividing the components of the landscape corridor of the old villa group,they are spatial elements,environmental elements and landscape elements.To summarize its characteristics,the construction level is divided into three levels: point,line and plane to formulate the construction principle,and the construction method of the landscape corridor of beidaihe old villa historical building group is selected and operated.Finally,through the formulation of the aforementioned construction method,the landscape corridor route of beidaihe old villa historical building was determined.According to the design concept,make the project analysis,provide the preliminary work for the subsequent landscape corridor design,and finally complete the landscape corridor scheme design.
