Study On The Conversion Design Between Open And Closed Time Of Medical Camp

China has always adhered to the national defense model of combining peace with war and integrating military with people.Under this national defense policy,the medical camps,on the premise of meeting the needs of the treatment of the wounded and sick in peacetime,serve the society appropriately and take in part of the local public.This mode,on the one hand,uses military medical resources and equipment to solve the problem of shortage of medical resources.On the other hand,this method can enhance the economic benefit and self-improvement ability of the medical camp.However,military medical camps have more specific tasks than civilian ones.As the land for the army,the medical camps should shoulder the responsibility and give priority to the army in the face of wartime.Therefore,the medical camp should have the dual property of opening in peace time and closing in war time,that is to say,it should have the ability to change between opening and closing time.Based on the mode of combining peacetime with wartime,and according to the working mode and characteristics of the conversion of medical camps from peacetime to wartime,this study selected open and closed conversion as the entry point,analyzed the time-varying conversion of medical camps,and discussed the key points and strategies of the planning and architectural design.In this research,it takes the military medical camp located in Zhuhai District,Guangzhou City,Guangdong Province as the actual support to carry on the research.Based on the defense mode,according to the work patterns and characteristics of the medical camps at normal time and wartime,it analyzes the time-based conversion of the camp,and gives the main points of the planning and architectural design strategies of the medical camps.Firstly,the characteristics of the open and closed conversion of medical camp are analyzed and discussed in detail from three aspects of geographical conditions,municipal conditions and boundary conditions.On this basis,the objectives of time-based conversion in medical camp are determined,and three basic principles namely "combat readiness first","independence and integrity",and "efficient conversion",are established.According to the objectives and principles,the design method of time conversion is obtained.Finally,the design strategies are verified by a specific example,it analyzes the site selection and architectural design of the hospital camp in the case,evaluates the ability of the open and closed time-conversion,and points out its advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide experience and ideas for the design of the medical camps in the future.
