| With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process,the imbalance of residents’ service facilities has become increasingly prominent.As an important part of the public service industry,the spatial layout of medical service facilities is an important performance of the livelihood project,which is widely concerned by the government and all walks of life.However,the complexity of supply and demand,the difficulty of obtaining fine scale data,and the low universality of evaluation and optimization methods lead to the bottleneck of the research on the evaluation and optimization of the spatial layout of medical service facilities.Exploring effective evaluation and optimization methods for the spatial layout of medical service facilities is of great significance to reshape the urban spatial pattern,improve the quality of life of residents,and promote fairness and justice value.Therefore,based on the Internet Big Data,this paper takes Yushan Town of Kunshan City as the research area,takes the real estate and medical service facilities as the research object,learns from the relevant theories and methods at home and abroad,studies the spatial distribution law and spatial allocation optimization method of medical service facilities from the new perspective of real estate and puts forward some suggestions for the reasonable layout of medical service facilities.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The evaluation data system of spatial layout of medical service facilities considering real estate transaction was constructed.The basic research data of this paper comes from a wide range of sources,including real estate data,medical service facilities data,community data,etc.Based on the existing data processing and analysis methods and combined with the basic geographical experience and knowledge,this paper puts forward the rules of data collection,cleaning,fusion and storage,and establishes the spatial layout evaluation and optimization database of real estate and medical service facilities,which can be used in the follow-up in-depth analysis and research.(2)Objective to evaluate the spatial distribution characteristics of medical service facilities configuration considering real estate transactions.On the basis of the theories and methods related to the evaluation of the spatial layout of service facilities at home and abroad,this paper uses the statistical and GIS spatial analysis methods to detect the spatial dislocation distribution characteristics of the real estate transaction and medical service facilities from the macro to micro,from the whole to the local,analyze the balance and rationality of the spatial layout of medical service facilities from the perspective of real estate transaction,and then extract the low valley of medical service facilities allocation.(3)Study the multi-objective spatial optimization algorithm of medical service facilities.On the basis of theories and methods of spatial optimization at home and abroad and combined with the evaluation results of spatial layout of medical service facilities,this paper carries out the research of multi-objective spatial optimization method,which realizes the integration of intelligent evolutionary search ability of multi-objective optimization algorithm and spatial data processing ability of GIS.It provides optimization scheme and suggestions for the allocation of medical service facilities. |
