| In the context of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,the issue of agriculture and country has new connotations.The country is an important link.To adapt to the development of the times,it is necessary to focus on the latest situation,and from the perspective of the rule of law.With problem-oriented and purpose-oriented,it is conducive to guarantee the realization of villager autonomy and to protect the township government’s administration according to law.A lot of research focus on the relationship between the township government and the villager autonomous organization.In recent years,some scholars tend to agree that the relationship between township government and village autonomous organization is supervision,but most of them only locate the relationship,and seldom analyze the boundary problems and countermeasures existing in supervision.This article discusses the supervision boundary of the township government over the villagers’ autonomous organizations.Firstly,this article analyzes the concepts and functions of township governments and villagers’ autonomous organizations.Secondly,it analyzes the problems that are likely to occur when the township government is weak or offside from four aspects;and then analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,it proposes a path to improve the supervision of the township government over the villagers’ autonomous organizations. |
