Since 2000,China has entered an aging society,and in recent years,the aging is processing rapidly,because of the increasing number of the old people.So China is aging at the most rapid speed on the largest scale in its history,which arouses the concern of residents,enterprises and even the whole society.Therefor the government pays more and more attention to aged care,promulgating policies and regulations,which promotes the old-age service development every year.But,the one-child policy leads to the change of the traditional family structure,so family support is challenged,and the traditional mode of relying on the children to support the parents can no longer completely solve the problem of providing for the aged.However,the existing community pension and institutional pension can not meet the current needs in terms of quantity and quality.Tieling X Integrative Aged Care Center project is based on the development trend of social aging and market demand.It was built under the background of the state vigorously advocating the development of "combined medical care and old-age care" model.After more than one year of construction,X maintenance center was officially put into use in March 2017.It has been operating for more than two years and has 153 employees.At present,the aging level in liaoning is gradually rising,and competition among various pension service institutions is increasingly fierce.There is still a large room for improvement in the occupancy rate and operating revenue growth rate of X maintenance center.In such an internal and external environment,how to further develop X maintenance center in the future has become the primary problem that the management of the center needs to solve.This paper takes tieling X comprehensive maintenance center project as the research object.PEST macro environment analysis method and porter’s five forces model are used to analyze the macro environment,industry environment and competitive state faced by X conservation center.At the same time,EFE matrix-level IFE matrix is used to evaluate the external environment and internal resources and capabilities facing the maintenance center,and based on this,development strategy and competition strategy that conform to the company’s actual situation and development trend are developed.After screening and evaluating the internal consistency and external adaptability,it is concluded that X maintenance center is more suitable to adopt the growth strategy to participate in the market competition for further development.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy formulated,corresponding safeguard measures should be formulated in three aspects,namely market development,capital and human resources. |
