Exploration On The Modernization Path Of Social Governance In The New Era Of Metropolis Suburb Villages

Since the new era,breakthroughs have been made in many key areas and weak links of rural social governance,laying a solid foundation for the basic realization of modernization of rural social governance.Therefore,with the development of industrialization,modernization and urbanization,the appearance of rural to a large extent also profound changes have taken place,especially metropolis suburb villages which close to the characteristics of the development of rural modernization,more in line with the future development of the rural social governance,and to provide reference for the development of rural social governance modernization.This paper focuses on the analysis of the modernization of social governance in metropolis suburb villages in the context of rapid change and development,and chooses the representative example of Xiangyang Village in Jiading District of Shanghai.On the basis of sorting out the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,possible innovations and deficiencies,this paper firstly expounds the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the modernization of social governance in metropolis suburb villages.Secondly,through investigation,visiting and data access into the key points and difficulties of this writing,on the one hand,this paper introduces and summarizes the Xiang Yang Village including the organization of social governance structure,operation pattern and successful experience,on the other hand is a concise summary the Xiang Yang Village the plight of the modernization of social governance and carries on the analysis of the causes of the corresponding.Finally,based on the analysis and solution of the shortcomings of social governance modernization in Xiangyang Village,the paper explores the path optimization of social governance modernization in the suburb villages of the metropolis,and realizes the universal significance of the case study.Further in general,this paper closely around the concept and connotation of the modernization of the rural social governance,has been clear about the need to study the core of the problem,can be summarized as on main body strength,methods used in the rural social governance,system specification,tools,the four elements of reality show if accord with the effectiveness and the study of modernity.To this end,two interview outlines were made for villagers and village cadres.Combined with social investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the modernization of social governance of suburb villages in the metropolis represented by Xiangyang Village has made obvious achievements,and the most important thing in the future is to break through the development bottleneck of the modernization of social governance,so as to realize the transformation to the modernization of urban social governance.On this basis,it simply summarizes the general experience of studying the current situation of social governance in Xiangyang Village.
