In the current social development,every country will face the problem of aging population,therefore,pension services are also facing great challenges.In recent years,with the joint efforts of government agencies and all sectors of society,although our country has built a relatively sound social pension service system,there are still many deficiencies in the practical operation,which need to be improved and improved.With the continuous development of Chengdu high tech Zone,in order to reduce the adverse impact of population aging and build a good social pension service system,this paper uses a variety of research methods,including literature analysis,comparative research and research,based on the welfare diversity of social pension and the theory of intergenerational ethical relations as the guidance basis,After the full investigation of the development status of High-tech Zone,this paper summarizes the current situation of social pension service system,and puts forward the existing problems.Through the investigation,it is found that: in the old-age service institutions established in the high-tech zone,the elderly care homes are the main ones,providing beds for thousands of elderly people.On the whole,it exceeds the national average level.With the strong support of the government,private pension institutions have the highest occupancy rate,and the financial investment is gradually increasing,and the pension for the elderly can no longer afford these fees With,service personnel can not form a large-scale,professional skills and quality level is generally low.At present,the existing problems are mainly reflected in the following aspects: relatively low quality and professional level of pension service;the government does not provide sufficient support and protection,the supervision is relatively poor;there is no stable source of funds,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of private institutions.In the process of research,this paper refers to the high-quality development experience at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the high-tech zone,strengthens various management systems,and establishes a professional personnel training mechanism;at the same time,it fully reflects the guiding role of the government,and formulates a sound supervision mechanism;calls for more private capital to participate in it,and promotes the private pension The orderly development of institutions,put forward effective guidance,so as to improve the efficiency of pension services,and create a good social environment.
