| Marx and Engels’ thought of urban-rural relations starts from the perspective of productivity and production relations,explores the reasons for the opposition and separation between urban and rural areas,and prospectively puts forward the viewpoint of urban-rural integration,which has important practical significance.Our country is guided by Marx and Engels’ thought and theory of urban-rural relations and combined with China’s national conditions to solve the problems of urban-rural relations.At the same time,my country has made corresponding theoretical results and practical achievements.It is of great significance to solve the contradiction between urban and rural in my country and realize the integrated development between the two.This paper can be divided into five parts: The first is the introduction.This part expounds the basis and significance of this research,the research status in the world,the ideas and methods of research,possible innovations and shortcomings of this topic.The second part mainly sorts out the background and ideological basis of Marx and Engels’ thought of urban-rural relations.This part expounds that the formation of Marx and Engels’ thoughts of urban-rural relations is by critically inheriting the thoughts of utopian socialists More,Fourier,Owen and others,and classical political economists William Petty,Adam Smith,David Ricardo and others,and the thought of the famous German scholar eustus von libich under the background of the industrial revolution and urbanization.The third part deeply analyzes the core content of Marx and Engels’ thought of urban-rural relations.This part mainly relies on the historical materialism,and analyzes the four periods that urban-rural relations will go through,that is,the same period between urban and rural,the separated period between urban and rural,the opposite period between urban and rural,and the integrated period between urban and rural.These four periods together constitute the main content of Marx and Engels’ thought of urban-rural relations.The fourth part expounds the practice of Marx and Engels’ thought of urban-rural relations in China.This part expounds the ideas of successive national leaders about the development of urban-rural relations since the founding of new China.And they summed up the theoretical achievements of the Marxist “urban-rural relations” sinicization,that is “the thought of balanced development between urban and rural” “ the thought of interactive development between urban and rural” “the thought of coordinated development between urban and rural” “the thought of overall consideration between urban and rural” and “the thought of integrated development between urban and rural”.Further,the gap between urban and rural areas has been continuously narrowed,and the relationship between urban and rural areas has changed from separation to unity.The relationship between industry and agriculture has gradually developed from the earliest “feeding industry with agriculture” to “mutual benefit between industry and agriculture”.The fifth part focuses on the theoretical value and practical enlightenment of Marx and Engels’ s thought of urban-rural relations.On the one hand,the thought has laid a theoretical foundation for the China’s urban-rural relationship theory,and provided a perspective to understand the changes of urban-rural relations in China,and established a basic position for the development of urban-rural relations in China,On the other hand,this thought has brought good theoretical guidance for the practice of urban-rural relations in China,At the same time,it can better promote the construction of urban-rural relations and effectively promote the integration between urban and rural in the 21 st century. |
