As a new model of market allocation of human resources,personnel dispatch is one of the trends of the reform of university personnel system and an inevitable result of the use of labor resources under the conditions of market economy.Since the implementation of Labor Contract Law on January 1,2008,personnel dispatch system has been widely accepted by universities and Colleges of Fujian province.Taking Y University of Fujian as the research object,this thesis describes the successful experience of personnel dispatch of Y University,makes a summary of its problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.It is hoped that,through the research of this thesis,universities and colleges could pay due attention to the problems of current personnel dispatch system and establish a sound management system of personnel dispatch,so that the personnel dispatch system could play an active role in the deep reform of college personnel system and promoting the sustainable development of college teaching staff.It is also hoped that,by the research of the management of personnel dispatch of universities and colleges,this thesis could provide some useful reference for the development of personnel dispatch in other fields,so that the personnel dispatch system of our country could develop towards the direction of standardization and play a positive role in optimizing the allocation of human resources in our market economy.
