Study On The Cultivation Of Professional Quality Of Tourism Students In Vocational Schools In Changde

The level of professional quality is an important indicator to measure the practitioner.In this paper,from the tourism practitioners should have professional quality as the direction of research,through two aspects with the travel agency and the student questionnaire and summarized,the problems and causes existing in the current vocational education of tourism analysis.On the tourism major in vocational school education and teaching,puts forward his own opinions and Views: the development of the tourism specialty curriculum setting and teaching time schedule;public class of tourism professionals to such as "Chinese tour guides","travel regulations and professional ethics" were teaching the new curriculum design.In the professional training teaching,the proposed specific,operable way,according to the different positions and different training content by project teaching and modular teaching,to cultivate students’ professional quality,and on the training course teaching evaluation criteria and the cultural basic courses need to show how the teaching content put forward personal views and suggestion.
