Analysis The Mechanism Of The Cooperative And Innovation Of College Aerobics Competition In Beijing Tianjin Hebei Region

In recent years,the co-development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become the hottest term now.In order to adapt to the trend of the times,the Sports Development " Thirteen Five " plan to bring the coordinated development of sports industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the agenda.In the era of booming aerobics,Promote the collaborative innovation and development of aerobics competitions in colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and improve the operation mechanism of the corresponding events.It has a good impetus to the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Sports and the building of a common building and sharing platform.Despite policy support,the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative sports event is still at an exploratory stage.This article discusses the mechanism of aerobics competition and collaborative innovation mechanism in colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and contributes to the development of the sports industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper investigates the organization and operation mechanism of college aerobics in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province in recent years and the organization and operation mechanism of the first aerobics competitions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province,using the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics.Through investigation and study,this paper explores the status situation of the operation mechanism of student aerobics competitions in the first Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province and finds out the influencing factors.The conclusions are as follows:1.The organization of aerobics events consists of competition committees,referee committees,arbitration committees,offices,propaganda departments,and logistics departments.According to the characteristics of aerobics competition,aerobics competition's operating mechanism is divided into: decision-making mechanism,integration mechanism,control mechanism,guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism.At present,there are "centralization" and Responsibility weakened of decision-making mechanisms for college aerobics competitions in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei;the information integration of the integration mechanism was single closed;there was no man control area of the control mechanism;the manpower,modern technology,and institutional guarantees provided by the guarantee mechanism were insufficient;and the combination of internal and external measures of the incentive mechanism was insufficient.2.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University Coupling Mechanism and Sharing mechanism for Aerobic Competition Collaborative Innovation Mechanism.Establish a university-university consultation mechanism to negotiate the existence of dministrative constraints in the region;Establish a university-university sharing mechanism to provide a platform for the sharing of competition resources and achievements;Decision-making mechanism to adapt to new forms,deploy new tasks,and put forward new requirements;integration mechanism is an event The key to resource integration;the control mechanism maintains a sound operating environment;the guarantee mechanism provides safe operating conditions;the incentive mechanism combines internal and external incentives.To improve the coordinated innovation mechanism for aerobics events in colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei Province,to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei target and the corresponding measures,to help eliminate regional barriers,to facilitate exchanges in colleges and universities,and to enrich campus culture;The inevitable requirements are the objective needs of the aerobics competition in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.3.The influencing factors of the collaborative innovation mechanism of the aerobics competitions in colleges and universities of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei have been summarized: the importance of schools and governments,the guidance of sports associations,the construction of professional teachers,exchanges between universities,sponsorship support and publicity The use of social resources and other factors.It also proposed to draw on Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei's experience in organizing sport events,improve organization and management,and build a platform for resource sharing of aerobics events in colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei;measures such as cooperation among governments,related associations,and universities in the three cities will improve the coordinated innovation of aerobics events in colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.mechanism.
