In the China nineteenth National Congress of the Commun report,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed again that people’s health is the important symbol of national prosperity and Country rich and strong.Health is the object of human pursuit,is the premise of other forms of human capital existence and development.The employment problem is the biggest livelihood issue in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of healthy human capital on employment in the context of healthy China construction and building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic,and points out the thought of research.This paper summarizes the existing literature on the impact of health human capital on employment,and summary and analysis.Secondly,use Chinese statistics yearbook 2016,Chinese labor statistical yearbook data 2016 and China health statistics yearbook 2016 and other authorities released material respectively from overall and comparing the three geographic areas in our country analyzes the present situation of health human capital and labor market,and points out existing problems.The analysis of the employment market mainly from labor supply structure aspects analyzes the population structure,employment structure,employment structure,through the analysis found that labor supply is insufficient in our country in the future.In terms of health human capital,the paper analyzes the medical health input,the distribution of medical resources and so on.In these respects,there are differences in the east,middle and western parts of China.Then,the influence of healthy human capital on the job market and the impact of healthy human capital on personal employment are analyzed from the macro and micro perspectives.Analysis Health human capital’s influence on the job market mainly use MRW model analysis the growth effect of healthy human capital on the job market,Mainly based on the model of healthy human capital for economic growth,the impact of healthy human capital on economic growth reflects the impact of healthy human capital on the job market;using Solow model analysis The crowding out effect of healthy human capital on the job market,mainly analyzes the effect of late retirement on the employment of young people;Then,the impact of healthy human capital on personal employment is analyzed.Using the China health and nutrition survey(CHNS)data,individual employment can be divided into general employment,selective employment(second job)and hire retired,use the Probit model to analyze health human capital how to influence the three kinds of employment of individuals.At the same time,in order to get more realistic results,respectively from three aspects: health,gender,household registration on different levels to do empirical test,to analyze the role of the health human capital for different types of workers to obtain employment.In addition,the impact of health investment on personal employment is analyzed from the perspective of healthy human capital flow.The following conclusions are obtained through analysis: first,on the macro level,health human capital effect both have growth effects and crowding out effects on the job market,but the growth effect is greater than the extrusion effect,so in general,healthy human capital has a stimulative effect on labor supply in the labor market.Second,on the micro level,the effect of personal health on the employment is influenced by individual characteristics,public health investment affect personal health investment effect on the employment,medical insurance investment reduce the possibility of personal selective employment.Finally,according to the results,from five aspects: increase national health investment,popularize civil health education,improve medical and health services,construction environment and the development of health industry put forward several policy suggestions.
