| Under the current economic and industrial structure adjustments,China’s form of employment has also gradually shifted from the formal employment allocated by the state during the planned economy period to the temporary,non-full-time,dispatched,and flexible employment forms under the market economy.As an emerging form of employment,flexible employment is effective in alleviating employment pressure and improving the rational allocation of human resources.It has become an important role in the employment market in China.Faced with changes in the employment pattern,and expand the scale of flexible employment,the consequent social security problems are also increasingly prominent.On the one hand,the special nature of the work of flexible employees makes them more vulnerable to survival;on the other hand,the employment pattern has changed with the economic system,while the current social security system still follows the design ideas of the planned economy period.The compatibility between the group and the current social insurance system is not strong enough.Therefore,it will be beneficial to safeguard the social insurance rights and promote the healthy development of the social security cause by studying the problem of participation of flexible employees,making sure the real intention of participating in the insurance,determining the influencing factors and improving the rate of participation.In this paper,in order to promote the Urumqi flexible employment to participate in social insurance as the starting point,relevant research results at home and abroad systematically and summarized on the basis of the problems and summarizes the status quo of Urumqi flexible employment to participate in social insurance,the use of statistical knowledge in Urumqi city with flexible employment to participate in social insurance survey Urumqi City,the influence factors of flexible employment to participate in social insurance through statistics and analysis.The analysis results show that household registration,number of children,education level,occupational characteristics,and understanding of social insurance awareness have a significant impact on the group’s willingness to participate;ethnic group,household registration,degree of knowing social insurance policies,recognition of the age of old-age insurance contributions,and the degree of social security protection have a significant impact on the occurrence of the group’s participation.Finally,around the problems and the influencing factors of the flexible employees in Urumqi,this paper puts forward from the three aspects of the improvement of the system,the adjustment of the policy and the protection of the supporting measures to improve the participation rate of flexible employment in Urumqi. |
