Evaluation Research On Cultivation Quality For International Postgraduates In Heilongjiang Province

Because there are many shortcomings in the researches on cultivation quality for international postgraduates in China,and it plays an important role in promoting the international influence of the universities in Heilongjiang province and the other provinces in China,so the evaluation research on cultivation quality for international postgraduates in China in Heilongjiang province has important practical significance.For Heilongjiang Province,the education for international postgraduates in China has made great progress in terms of student source,education resources,education management and training system in recent years,but the quality of international postgraduates in China is uneven because of the number in Heilongjiang Province gradually expanding.In order to improve the international reputation of the universities in Heilongjiang province and the cultivation quality of international postgraduates in the province,so the evaluation work on cultivation quality for international postgraduates in China has become a top priority.Firstly,this study summarizes the domestic and international research status of the cultivation quality for international postgraduates in China from different dimensions.On this basis,it defines relevant concepts of the cultivation quality for international postgraduates in China,and analyzes the current situation and problem of the cultivation quality for international postgraduates in Heilongjiang province.The components of the cultivation quality for international postgraduates in Heilongjiang province are sorted out,and the Lens Model is used to identify the key comonents.Further relying on the components of the cultivation quality for international postgraduates in Heilongjiang province,this study constructs a complete and scientific evaluation indicators system for the cultivation quality for international postgraduates in Heilongjiang province,and evaluates the cultivation quality for international postgraduates at universities in Heilongjiang province.Based on the above,this study sounds the assurance system of the cultivation quality for international postgraduates in Heilongjiang Province.
