There are both scientific and humanistic problems in education,and pedagogy is scientific and humanistic,among which humanism is the soul of education and pedagogy.Scientific nature cannot replace humanity.Humanity is the mission and responsibility of education.It is of special significance that we choose teacher-student relationship in pedagogy as the research angle.The teacher-student relationship in educational discipline is a common professional problem faced by those who “teach”pedagogy,who “learn” pedagogy and who “study”pedagogy.Many problems in teacher-student relationship of education are mainly rooted in the fact that teachers and students in educational discipline are fail to realize the characteristics of pedagogy knowledge.Only when teachers and students pedagogy are fully aware of this,can they treat the teacher-student relationship as the field of “Zhi Xing He Yi”combining educational theory and practice with the conscious spirit of “professional practice”.The lack of such self-consciousness and reflection will inevitably lead to “self-denial” phenomena that teachers of education cannot teach well,deal with the relationship between teachers and students,or even teach their own children well.The student of pedagogy major lacks educational feelings,regard pedagogy as taking diploma merely.If teachers and students of education want to break through such embarrassing dilemma,they should carry out “reflective practice” and “practical reflection” first so as to become the subject of “Zhi Xing He Yi” combining educational theory and educational practice.Pedagogy must become the study of “Cheng ji” before it become the study of “Cheng ren” finally.Of course,it depends on whether pedagogy can become the “reflective study” of teachers and students.Based on this,we adopt the mode of teacher-student cooperation to study the current situation and theory of teacher-student relationship,so as to reflect on the way of the existence of education discipline.“Zhi Xing He Yi”,“interaction between teachers and students” and “continuous reflection” are the principles of our cooperation.In this sense,the teacher-student relationship is the “problem” of the research,and the teacher-student relationship is also the “method” of the research.Therefore,we must infuse the spirit of humanity into the scientificity in order to make the education discipline fresh and flexibly.The relationship between teachers and students is the key of educational theory and practice.From theory to practice,the teacher-student relationship has three states of,“knowing Tao” “embodying Tao” and “implementing Tao”.The ideological “knowing is not true” and the value of “personal standard” are the internal causes,which hinder the development of the ideal teacher-student relationship.System oriented,heavy things and light people and limitation of objective conditions are the external causes that the ideal teacher-student relationship is difficult to realize.We try to reflect on the theoretical value and practical significance of humanism as the soul of education discipline by exploring such a pivot as the teacher-student relationship in education discipline.
