| At present,we are in the great era of reform and opening up and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the demand for comprehensive and all-round talents is increasing.However,the contradiction between "good figure and poor physique" among college students in our country has become more and more obvious.The problem of "externally strong while doing" has been exposed,and the physical health of college students has attracted social attention.On September 2,2019,the State Council promulgated the "Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation ",which clearly pointed out that by 2035,the youth sports service system will be more complete and the physical quality will be significantly improved.University students are the participants,leaders and beneficiaries of the "Outline for Building a Powerful Sports Country" in the future,and the status of university students’ physical literacy will be directly related to the effective implementation of the "Outline for Building a Powerful Country in Sports." Therefore,how to improve university students’ physical literacy and strengthen school health education has become a key research topic in the current sports reform and construction.This article systematically defines the concept of physical literacy by reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literatures such as physical literacy.After determining the evaluation index system of university students’ physical literacy through literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other methods,the status quo of university students’ physical literacy in Taiyuan City is investigated.Based on the existing problems of university students’ physical literacy in Taiyuan City,the path and specific measures to improve university students’ physical literacy are proposed.The specific research conclusions are as follows:1.Physical literacy is considered to be a comprehensive quality and ability that is closely related to physical activity,such as physical fitness,sports awareness,sports knowledge,sports behavior,sports ethics,sports skills,and sports personality.It is a comprehensive practice product produced under the influence of congenital genetic factors,acquired environment and physical education,and implies the sports concept and behavior of lifelong sports.2.The evaluation indexes of university students’ physical literacy in Taiyuan City include 7 first-level indexes and 22 second-level indexes such as physical fitness level,sports awareness,sports knowledge,sports ethics,sports behavior,sports skills,and sports personality.3.Through a survey of 6 ordinary universities and universities in Taiyuan City,it is found that the physical literacy of university students in ordinary universities and universities in Taiyuan City mainly has the following problems: The overall physical quality is low;the awareness of physical education is weak,and the consciousness of lifelong sports is blurred;the knowledge of physical exercise and health care is lacking;the sports ethics is good,but still needs to be strengthened;the participation in sports activities is low;Sports personality is not obvious.4.The specific countermeasures to improve the physical education of university students in Taiyuan are as follows: strengthen various services and management to improve the physical health of college students;carry out diversified sports activities to promote the formation of college students’ sports awareness;combine sports and education to enrich the reserves of college students’ sports knowledge;combine culture and sports to improve college students’ sports ethics;assist college students in all aspects develop good sports behavior habits;take multiple measures to improve the level of sports skills of college students;pay attention to individual differences and shape diverse sports personalities. |
