Labor not only develops the world,but also creates man himself.Labor is the foundation of human beings,and labor education is a bridge between individuals and professions,and a medium that connects with society.Offering labor education courses,teaching students labor knowledge,labor skills,and cultivating their labor awareness and labor habits is a necessary link in the implementation of labor education.Under the background that the country is paying more and more attention to labor education,many schools have opened labor education courses one after another according to their own conditions,and have achieved certain results.However,under the appearance of the emergence of labor education courses like a wave,there are many questions about labor education courses hidden.The primary school stage is the enlightenment period for the growth and development of a person.Conduct investigations and researches on primary school labor education courses,in-depth understanding of the current development of primary school labor education courses,summarizing curriculum experience with reference and promotion significance,discovering existing problems,and providing effective problem-solving strategies Guidance is not only helpful to the improvement of the school’s own labor education curriculum,but also can provide some universal experience for our country’s labor education curriculum for reference.This study selects F Primary School in Jinan City as the research object,comprehensively uses the questionnaire survey method,observation method and interview method to sort out and analyze the first-hand survey data obtained,presents the current implementation status of the labor education curriculum in F Primary School,and summarizes the results obtained from the implementation of the curriculum.Achievements and experience,point out the existing problems,and propose optimized countermeasures.The study found that F primary school adopted a variety of curriculum implementation methods,established labor education practice bases,carried out home-school cooperation,promoted labor education,promoted the overall development of students,improved teachers’ professional quality,and changed parents’ education concepts.F elementary school labor education courses take root in the actual needs of students,follow the law of student development,respect class autonomy,give full play to class creativity,make full use of family resources,and carry out home-school cooperation.At the same time,there are some problems in the labor curriculum of F primary school: the curriculum objectives are simple and rough;the curriculum content lacks systemicity;the curriculum evaluation system is lacking;curriculum resources are not guaranteed.In response to these problems,the author proposes the following optimization strategies:build a systematic curriculum system,including reshaping curriculum goals,systematically planning curriculum content,and building a curriculum evaluation system;strengthening the implementation of labor education courses,including enriching curriculum implementation methods,and jointly building labor education practices Base: Strengthen the construction of the resource guarantee system,including strengthening the construction of labor education teachers,establishing and improving the labor safety guarantee system,and strengthening the supervision and management of labor education courses.
