| The university stage is one of the key development periods in life.After entering the university,students’ learning environment and requirements will change.They will face the new life and interpersonal environment,and they will inevitably have to deal with life,study and interpersonal problems.The way to deal with the problem is particularly important.The growth experience of each college student is different,and the attachment style and sense of self-worth will also vary from person to person,and these may have an impact on their coping styles.This article attempts to study the attachment,self-worth and coping styles of the university students,explore the relationship between the three,and help students establish appropriate behavior patterns.This research consists of two parts:Research 1:Questionnaire survey:The study uses college students from a vocational college as subjects,uses the questionnaire survey method,adopts the "Intimate Relationship Experience Scale","Self-worth Scale" and "Simplified Coping Style Scale"respectively to their adult attachments,Self-worth and the overall situation of coping styles are investigated,and on this basis,the difference analysis of demographic variables and the correlation analysis between the three are carried out.Study 2 Group Counseling:Based on the evidence-based study of Study 1,a group intervention plan was developed for the purpose of improving the overall attachment level and self-worth of group members after reviewing the literature and combining relevant theories.The subjects in the study one were conducted Screening,16 students were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.8 students in the experimental group were given group counseling intervention,while the control group did not intervene.The students in the experimental group and the control group were tested before and after the questionnaire to compare the effectiveness of group psychological counseling intervention.The results of the study found that:(1)In terms of the correlation between coping style and adult attachment,the positive coping dimension score of coping style was significantly negatively correlated with the two dimensions of adult attachment;the negative coping style of coping style was significantly negatively correlated with the adult attachment anxiety dimension.Significantly positive correlation;in the correlation between coping style and self-worth,the positive coping dimension score of coping style is significantly positively correlated with self-worth;in the correlation between adult attachment and self-worth,the avoidance dimension score of adult attachment There is a significant negative correlation with self-worth.(2)Self-worth plays a part of mediating role in avoiding attachment and positive coping styles in adult attachment.(3)The group counseling intervention aimed at improving the overall attachment level and self-worth of group members has a positive impact on the adult attachment level of college students,can effectively improve the level of college students’ sense of self-worth,and also promote the enthusiasm of college students Solution.Therefore,the conclusions of this article are as follows:First,avoidant attachment in adult attachment affects positive coping styles through self-worth.Second,group counseling activities that promote the attachment and self-worth orientation of college students can effectively improve the level of attachment,thereby enhancing their sense of self-worth,and prompting them to adopt more mature coping styles. |
