Since the 1990s,China’s achievements in the vocational education teaching reform is obvious to all,the secondary vocational education as an important part of vocational education in our country,the shoulders on the responsibility of cultivating social skills,how to cultivate meet the society and their own development needs of high-quality workforce,has been the direction of the reform and development of secondary vocational education.Since the21 st century,OBE’s,as a student learning achievement oriented education teaching idea,to focus on what can take away when they graduate as a student learning outcomes to eventually reverse design course,OBE this future oriented education thought and ability training centered education concept is conform to the tide in the secondary vocational education improve the quality of personnel training.Among them,instructional design is the core and cornerstone of teaching reform,and how to promote the implementation of OBE concept in classroom teaching is the focus of secondary vocational teachers to improve instructional design.Study USES literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method,experimental method and other research methods,from the aspects of the research background,research status at home and abroad,based on the support of a large number of literature research,the OBE in secondary vocational course "computer application foundation" on the basis of analysis of the feasibility and necessity,mainly on secondary vocational computer professional course "computer application foundation" explore the teaching design and teaching improvement.In view of the current problems existing in the secondary vocational education curriculum teaching,put forward the OBE in secondary vocational feasibility and necessity of computer application foundation course,and based on the design principle of OBE,breaking the traditional process based on knowledge and teaching design train of thought,from the determination of curriculum objectives,the choice of the organization of teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of secondary vocational computer application foundation course improvements in several aspects carries on the teaching design,provides new thinking for how to cultivate students core ability truly.OBE in the implementation of the teaching level,which is a key link in the process of solving the problem of education,OBE design provides a new path for secondary vocational teaching and paradigm,and accord with the characteristics of secondary vocational students teaching way,let the OBE based reverse design for the connection of teaching content and the professional teaching,teaching activities and the working process of adaptation,effectively solve the students general ability and the problem of the structural imbalances between the social demand,is a secondary vocational education a line continuous efforts in the direction of the workers in the education teaching reform.
