The Influence Of Peer Relationship On Primary School Students’ Labor Values

This paper studies the influence of peer relationship on primary school students’ labor values.It is based on the current situation of the influence of peer relationship on primary school students’ labor values.Based on Sukhomlinsky’s discussion on school labor values education,combined with literature method and questionnaire survey method,through the difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to study the effect of peer relationship on primary school students’ labor values.It is found that the problems of grade 4 to grade 6 pupils are as follows: the low acceptance of peers leads to the blocked channel of peer labor values;The lack of communication leads to the inadequate influence of peer labor values;Bad peer relationship leads to incomplete acquisition of labor values;There are differences in the influence of peer acceptance,friendship and peer labor values on primary school students’ labor values.And from the lack of their own labor needs of primary school students;The school lacks the education of cultivating good peer relationship;The education of school labor values is not comprehensive;Parents’ one-sided intervention on Pupils’ peer relationship;This paper analyzes the reasons from the perspective of bad peer relationship.In order to better solve these problems,combined with the current national policy,the targeted strategies proposed in this study are: to establish correct labor values,to carry out positive labor values activities,to create a good environment for labor values.This paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter,introduction;the second chapter,the theoretical basis of the influence of peer relationship on primary school students’ labor values;the third chapter,the current situation of the influence of peer relationship on primary school students’ labor values;the fourth chapter,the problems and causes of the influence of peer relationship on primary school students’ labor values;the fifth chapter,the influence of peer relationship on primary school students’ labor values Research on the positive influence of values.
