| With the gradual promotion of research and the increasingly visible educational function of museums,the national advocacy of museum research has been strengthened,and the rise of museum research has become the general trend.Therefore,how to effectively carry out museum research to implement the cultivation of students’ core literacy has become a hot topic.Based on Dewey’s “learning by doing” theory,constructional learning theory and information processing learning theory,this study excavates the resources that can reflect the geographic literacy of junior middle school in the Museum of the South Yue King of the Western Han Dynasty,designs the online research program of the Museum of the South Yue King of the Western Han Dynasty,and carries out the experiment among 7th and 8th grade students of Qiaoxing Middle School.And designed the research problems,map center words,map structure and content of the design of four assignments to monitor the results of research,so as to analyze the current situation of junior high school geography practice.The results of the study showed that:(1)The geographical learning focus of junior high school students is affected by grade and gender.Eighth graders are more interested in human geography than seventh graders.Boys are more interested in physical geography and abstract logic,while girls are more interested in human geography and literal memory.(2)Junior high school students have better regional awareness and set of thinking.Most of the central words of junior high school students’ research map mainly focus on the study place,and they can think about the geographical problem from the perspective of the region.The students’ central words are the same,the way of thinking is single,and the divergence of thinking is not strong.(3)Junior high school students are more inclined to use tree mind map to construct knowledge network.Tree mind map is a common form of junior high school students’ research learning map.91% of junior high school students choose tree mind map to draw their own research learning map,and 9% of students choose flow chart map.(4)The degree of completion,organizational form and logical thinking of students’ research and learning map are related to grade and gender.Compared with Grade 7,Grade 8students’ geographical thinking is more complete,and the degree of mapping completion is higher,and the proportion of organization form of "classifying problems according to the characteristics of problems" is higher.Boys’ central words,secondary and tertiary map branches are more abundant and logical than girls’. |
