| At present,the total number of special college students in our country accounts for 18%of college students in our country.With the increasing awareness of education fairness and education popularization in my country,special college students with disabilities in physical activity also have the right to receive higher education on an equal basis.However,this group is more limited than ordinary universities in terms of exercise ability,and it is necessary to adopt targeted exercise intervention methods to improve and improve its exercise ability according to the particularity of this group.Wu Qin Xi,as one of the traditional Chinese health-preserving methods,is a safe and effective way of exercise.It has the effect and value of improving the body’s exercise capacity and improving the health of the body.Based on this,this study uses Wu Qin Xi as an intervention method to verify its effect on improving the athletic ability of special college students.In this study,special college students who were medically diagnosed in the physical health classes of the Northeast Normal University and Jingyue campuses were selected as the experimental subjects to perform Wuqinxi and conventional sports interventions,through the literature data method,experimental method,measurement method and mathematics.Statistical methods are used to conduct empirical research,focusing on observing,evaluating and intervening the positive effects of Wu Qin Xi on the general athletic ability and functional athletic ability of special college students.Results: 1.In the intra-group comparison,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the test of general exercise ability before the experiment.The three indicators of grip strength,standing on one foot with closed eyes,and 6-minute walking showed significant differences after exercise intervention in the experimental group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference before and after the perceptual jump experiment;in the control group,there were no four indicators before and after exercise.Statistical significance.In the functional exercise ability test: the functional test scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment were respectively 0.50 points and 1.07 points,showing a significant difference,the P value was 0.01,and the functional test scores of the control group before and after the experiment were 0.54 points,0.58 points,and the P value 0.616,there is no significant difference,but there is still an improvement.2.The difference between the groups was that before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the four indicators of grip strength,standing on one foot with closed eyes,6-minute walking,and sensory jump between the two groups before the experiment.After the exercise intervention experiment,the experimental group had significant differences in grip strength,standing on one foot with eyes closed,and 6-minute walking(p<0.05)and were better than those in the control group;there was no significant difference between the two groups in the sensory jump test,but it can be seen Compared with the control group,the experimental group has made greater progress.In the functional exercise ability test: before the experiment,the two groups were not statistically significant,with a P value of 0.605;after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the two groups with a P value of0.01,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: 1.Through the Wu Qin Xi intervention for special college students for 14 weeks,once a week,70 minutes each time,it shows that in terms of general exercise ability indicators,grip strength,standing on one foot with closed eyes,and six minutes of walking are all three indicators.Significant improvement,no significant difference in perception jump.It shows that Wu Qin Xi plays a positive role in promoting the power quality,balance quality and endurance quality of special college students.2.Wuqinxi has significantly improved the functional sports ability of special college students.The experimental group’s squat,hurdle step,straight lunge squat,shoulder flexibility,trunk stability push-up and rotation stability movement modes have been significantly improved.In the control group,only squats and active straight leg lifts had significant effects.It shows that Wu Qin Xi has a significant effect on improving the range and flexibility of joint activities,muscle strength and body control ability. |
