Research On Teaching Evaluation System Of Track And Field General Course Of Physical Education Major In Shanxi Universities Under The Background Of "Healthy China"

"Healthy China" is a strategic manifestation of my country’s focus on the healthy development of the national physique and the importance of health.The "Outline of " Healthy China 2030 " Plan" issued and implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,and the "Outline for Building a Powerful Sports Country" issued by the General Office of the State Council provide a powerful political theoretical guarantee for the promotion of a "Healthy China" and a "sports powerhouse".It is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of "Healthy China" under the new situation.Track and field sports are the foundation of various sports events and can reflect the basic ability of human activities.Therefore,track and field teaching occupies a pivotal position in the entire teaching process.This article takes the construction of "Healthy China" as inspiration,based on the characteristics of track and field teaching,based on the principles and influencing factors of index selection,and combined with the actual situation of physical education in colleges and universities,optimizes the teaching evaluation system of track and field courses,and further clarifies track and field.The index content and index weights of the general course teaching evaluation system are used to construct the track and field general course teaching evaluation system,to build a "Healthy China" under the new situatio-n,promote the "sports power",promote the development of college sports,and cultivate track and field reserve Teaching talents provide theoretical basis and practical support.This article mainly adopts research methods such as literature data meth-od,expert interview method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics method.Based on the combination of national policy documents,document content,teaching material theoretical knowledge and expert opinions,two integrated methods are constructed.The teaching evalua-tion system of general track and field courses of physical education major in Shanxi colleges and universities under the background of "Healthy China" with six second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicator-s.Research indicates:(1)Under the background of "Healthy China",the track and field teaching evaluation system of physical education in Shanxi colleges and univ-ersities.The index system has three dimensions: criterion layer,factor layer and index layer.The criterion layer has 2 indexes,and the factor layer has 6indexes and index layer.There are 25 indicators,the specific indicators and weights are as follows.The two indicators at the criterion level are: learning process(0.6667)and teaching process(0.3333);the six indicators at the factor level are: learning attitude(0.3970),teaching ability(0.2100),cooperat-ion and communication(0.1843),assessment and evaluation(0.0855),training and competition ability(0.0728),social adaptability(0.0505);25 indi-cators at the index level are: classroom performance(0.176),track and field awareness(0.1538),cooperative spirit(0.1229),attendance rate(0.0672),Communicative awareness(0.0614),organizational teaching ability(0.0507),teaching method application(0.0436),motor skills mastering(0.0416),theore-tical knowledge mastering(0.0372),explanation and demonstration ability(0.0243),training process implementation(0.024),teaching effect Feedback(0.0234),classroom load arrangement(0.0223),correct teacher-student view(0.0191),teaching content setting(0.0178),teaching attitude(0.0176),moder-n education concept(0.0166),competition organization ability(0.0159),competition referee Ability(0.012),training plan formulation(0.0105),traini-ng effect evaluation(0.0105),teacher preparation(0.0103),physical educati-on and ideological and political integration ability(0.0086),learning progres-s(0.0067),psychological stress resistance(0.0061).(2)The weight value of the "modern education concept" in the index level under the factor level "Social Adaptability" is 0.0166,ranking second in the index level,which is reflected in the track and field teaching concept in the context of "Healthy China".It is one of the important contents considered when constructing the track and field teaching evaluation system.It is also an important concrete manifestation of promoting the healthy development of school physical education and promoting the construction of a "Healthy China".
