| This study focuses on the subjective well-being of secondary vocational students growing up under the background of the new era.It is hoped that this study can help them obtain more happy experiences,promote the physical and mental health of secondary vocational students,promote the development of secondary vocational education,and train more excellent technical talents for the country.Self-forgiveness is the process of adjusting one’s cognition,accepting negative emotions and changing one’s behavior when one is an offender.Self-esteem is an individual’s self-evaluation,which is related to many psychological characteristics and is of great significance to people’s mental health.Subjective well-being,which includes positive emotions,negative emotions and life satisfaction,is one of the important indicators to measure individual mental health.In this study,secondary vocational students were taken as the research objects.Questionnaires were used,self-esteem scale(SES),Heartland forgiveness scale and total well-being scale(GWB)to understand the self-forgiveness,self-esteem and subjective well-being levels of secondary vocational students.To study the relationship between self-forgiveness,self-esteem and subjective well-being;To explore the effects of self-forgiveness and self-esteem on subjective well-being;Analyze the mediating role of self-esteem between self-forgiveness and subjective well-being.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)On the whole,secondary vocational students’ levels of self-forgiveness,self-esteem and subjective well-being are all moderate.(2)From the perspective of demographic variables,there are significant differences in the level of self-forgiveness among secondary vocational students in different grades,among which grade 2 is the highest;There were no significant differences in the total self-forgiveness scores of secondary vocational students in gender,single child,enrollment and profession.In terms of self-esteem,there was no significant difference in the total self-esteem of secondary vocational students in gender,one-child or not,source of enrollment,major and grade.In terms of subjective well-being,the total score of subjective well-being is significantly different in the source of students,and the subjective well-being of rural students is higher than that of students in cities and towns.There were no significant differences in grade,gender,one-child status or major.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between self-forgiveness and self-esteem,a significant positive correlation between self-forgiveness and subjective well-being,and a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and subjective well-being.(4)Self-forgiveness has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being;Self-esteem has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being.(5)Self-esteem plays a partial mediating role between self-forgiveness and subjective well-being. |
