| Since the introduction of tennis into China, its development speed has been accelerating, and its development model has also been expanding. In particular, college physical education has become an important channel for the spread of tennis. In tennis, due to the fast speed and change of the tennis ball, players need to observe the opponent and the changes of the ball on the court, react quickly and take action. And the accurate hitting of tennis requires the participation of all parts of the player’s body, which is a good exercise for the strength and coordination of the body. Therefore, participating in tennis has many benefits for college students. In order to study the integration of sensory integration theory into public sports tennis courses in ordinary colleges and universities, this article uses documentary data and interview methods to collect technical problems encountered by students during tennis learning, and summarizes the problems arising from the perspective of sensory integration theory.Mechanism: Use experimental methods to conduct 18-week tennis teaching for students in the experimental class and control class respectively;use questionnaire survey method to screen test indicators and investigate students’ interest in tennis learning. Finally, analyze the collected data through mathematical statistics, and draw the following conclusions:1.Teaching experiments show that students in the experimental class have a greater improvement in lower limb explosiveness, speed quality, and physical coordination than the students in the control class.2.Teaching experiments show that students in the experimental class have a greater improvement in lower limb explosiveness, speed quality, and physical coordination than the students in the control class.3.Tennis teaching under the sensory integration theory starts from solving the technical problems that often occur in students’ tennis learning. It follows how to "hit the ball",how to "hit the ball across the net",how to "move the ball" and "control the ball to fall".Teaching with the ball in the order of “points” effectively improves the students’ tennis skills and solves the problem of difficulty in learning tennis skills to a certain extent.4.Tennis teaching under the sensory integration theory can stimulate students’ interest in tennis learning, make students happy to participate, and improve the effect of college tennis teaching. |
